New Tenants Only One fee covers this and includes opening the property to prospective tenants, tenant screening, reference checking, lease preparation, bond lodgement, conducting the ingoing inspection and photography of the inside & outside the property.

Your property will be advertised for rent on Australia’s leading websites including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au and www.smarthomevision.com.au,  

Existing Tenants A lease renewal is less work than the initial letting, so we reduce the fee by half and pass on the savings to you.

Any incidental costs such as key cutting or print advertising for new tenants are charged at cost price.

We will always attempt to resolve issues without having to attend the Residential Tenancies Tribunal, but unfortunately this isn’t always possible. An hourly rate is charge for staff attendance at tribunal hearing + tribunal registration fee.

As I’m sure you would understand, it can become quite involved making a claim on your behalf to your Insurance Company. If the need arises, we have a small charge to cover our time.
